As a Realtor, I had the opportunity to work with Sonia for a makeover of one of my properties. It was a first experience for me and I'm just thrilled! The change was impressive and her service very professional.
Thank you Sonia!
I totally agree with all your points about home staging. One of the first things that you must do is to make your home ready for occupancy. Let your buyers know that they can move in anytime they want. Ensure that the repairs and maintenance needed around the house are done. You have to make your client feel that they don’t need to repair anything in their first month or year of occupancy.
ReplyDeleteSorry for the 2 photos missing, I don't know how this can happen!!!

When you want to list your home on the Internet, make sure that you have a compelling marketing campaign. Attract potential customers by posting photos of your home. Let the photos speak! If they like the photos, they will surely call you to schedule for viewing. At the viewing, make sure you meet the expectations of the buyer. If the house doesn’t appeal as good as what they saw in the photos, you’ll surely lose the buyer. ->Romana Priolo
